Keep watching for updates here on the upcoming Wild Night Out. Last year we gave away 53 guns at our annual wild game feed/ fundraiser event. We are just in the planning stages right now and are looking for some generous hunters who would like to share their wild game. We have had many hunters share bear meat, elk, moose and buffalo in the past. Our local chefs will take over from there and provide some amazing treats for all that night. Let us know if you are interested. Call Donna at 845-2261, Glen at 609-7202 or any of the board members. Thanks.
We also have a Facebook page that we try to use to keep members updated on events. Watch the website and Facebook for updates, especially on our rifle range availability!
We are in the final stages of our trap range lead recovery project. After many months of property preparation, we are vacuuming our lead pellets from the wooded fallout area. We have a contractor working most days on the hidden side of the berm. We will be making a significant environmental improvement and we will be able to use the proceeds for club improvements. For safety sake, please be patient.
We are also hosting a Handicap Hunt during the first part of October. Our 2 handicapped hunters will be deerhunting our property The rifle range needs to be closed during most days in the next 3 weeks. Sorry for the extended inconvenience. But the range will be back to normal hours as soon as possible. We will keep you posted. Thanks again!
